Toyo Tire Canada Corporate Headquarters Grand Opening / September 20/06
On September 20/06 Toyo Tire Canada Inc held their grand opening for their new corporate headquarters and Western Canada Distribution Centre for approximately 250 of their top clients, VIP Japanese management from their parent company in Japan and local employees. Extensive planning took place prior to the event between the Corporate Special Event Network and its suppliers and management from Toyo Tire Canada to ensure every detail was looked so all guests would have a positive experience. From our initial meeting it was our objective to have the guests “wowed” from the time they arrived until they left the building

The Corporate Special Event Network was responsible for all phases of the grand opening including. proposal development, customized invitations, supplier sourcing, development of event budget, development of event timelines, coordination of all design and décor, coordination of all catering and beverage services, coordination of all audio visual components, entertainment options, interpreter, master of ceremonies and all digital photography and video services for the event.

The “Toyo Tire Canada Grand Opening” was nominated by the Canadian Special Events Industry for the category “Best Corporate Opening in 2006.
