On May 27, 2006 the Corporate Special Event Network in conjunction with magician extraordinaire, Ray Medway and Science World produced two sold old Pirates of the Caribbean Magic Tribute Shows at the Telus Theatre in Science World. The target audience for the magic shows was for adults and their children.

The Corporate Special Event Network has developed proposals for Pirates of the Caribbean theme events that would be suitable for children’s Christmas parties, combined adult and children’s functions such as corporate summer barbecues and picnics, as well as and adult parties, which could include such elements as a tropical theme bar and mock sword fights with stunt actors. The Pirates of the Caribbean theme events would include the following components:

PRE EVENT PROMOTION

Magician Ray Medway (Pirate Ray) could walk through your corporate office in his full pirate attire and perform some pirate magic with designated employees.

Mail or drop off faux pirate rum bottles with clues inside for your upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean theme event.

SPECTACULAR DÉCOR

Entrance

Options would include everything from a an amazing Treasure Island entranceway with a welcome sign utilizing two bamboo poles with faux flames and pirate skull nestled between the bamboo poles, faux palm trees, sand and treasure chests.

Main Event Space

Suggest a 6’ pirate statue with peg leg and hook, additional palm trees, tropical mist fountains, pirate skeletons and skulls, pirate theme food stations, colorful tropical linens, coconut husk table centerpieces and a very unique “Davie Jones Locker” thatched banana leaf pirate bar.

Stage Area

The spectacular stage area would look like the deck of the famous pirate ship the “Black Pearl”. The stage would have an amazing 12’ hanging pirate skeleton, ship’s mast, ropes, ships steering wheel and of course gang blank.
