Corporate Grand Openings
The Corporate Special Event Network event team specializes in producing spectacular high end corporate grand openings including five auto dealerships in the North Shore Auto Mall and on September 20/06 the very high grand opening for the Canadian corporate head office and distribution warehouse Toyo Tire.  The Toyo Tire Canada grand opening was nominated by the Canadian Special Events Industry for “Best Grand Opening in Canada in 2006”

When the Corporate Special Event Network develops a proposal for a corporate grand opening they endeavour to enhance the design of the building and to incorporate the company's culture heritage , and make up of their employees and clients.

The Corporate Special Event Network will provide the following event services for corporate grand openings:

• Initial consultation, site visitation and proposal development from our experienced event team
• Develop pre event marketing and promotions i.e.  custom designed invitations, spectacular décor to enhance the  building design from fountains, ice sculptures , orchid light  columns to unique theme décor i.e. Japanese
• Arrange for customized audio and visual service
• Arrange for all required staging accessories i.e. portables stages, tables, chairs linens etc.
• Develop event menu and arrange for required accessories “i.e. cocktail plates, flatware etc.
• Coordinate all  required beverage including; beverage selection, arranging for required permits and licenses, arranging for required bar accessories etc
•  Coordinate all entertainment i.e. bands, greeters, roving characters, oxygen bars , temporary  tattoos , LED ice cubes etc
• All digital photography and arrange for required AV accessories.
•  Arrange for VIP gifts
•  Valet  parking and security
