Blakes Rocks 150th Anniversary Party/ Nonmember 1/06
The Blakes Rocks event was a 150th Anniversary celebration for the law firm and their VIP clients that was held at the Commodore Ballroom on November1/07 2006. The  150th anniversary event had an eclectic rock theme to demonstrate to their clients over the years, the  law firm had changed with the times to incorporate a modern and progressive image  Some of the event components were as follows: Guests  were created as arrived by a biker chick with a  Harley Davison Motor Cycle and  an amazing Cher impersonator, all guests received custom martini with a flashing blue LED cube in the martini glass which creates a dazzling ambiance, Diva impersonator Tracey Bell roved the ballroom performing Cher and  Marilyn Monroe characters, guests also participated in theme activities such as oxygen bars and temporary tattoo’s during cocktails, Tracey Bell  performed a 25 minute stage show performing various famous Diva’s such as Marilyn Monroe ,  Liza Minnelli, Madonna, Tina Turner and Cher.

The event required tremendous coordination and team work from all parties involved in the 4month planning process including the event planning and marketing team from the law firm, the décor and designing team, the Commodore Ballroom staff,  various event entertainers , professional photography and video crew and the Corporate Special Event Network.

The Corporate Special Event Network was involved in the Blakes Rocks events overall planning and execution.

The “Blakes Rocks” event was nominated by the Canadian Special Industry in the category of “Outstanding Event $100, 000.00 to $3, 000.00 in 2006.ing link ---------
